The Ole Mill ships to the United States, its territories and internationally. Your package is shipped through United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of notice (on weekdays) and usually arrives at the destination between 7-10 business days.

Orders will only be shipped when the appropriate payments have been made and cleared by the customer's appropriate bank. Thank you for shopping The Ole mill Country Store. We want you to absolutely love each and every one of your purchases from us. If you feel there has been a mistake with your order or you have received a defective product, please contact us at 937.444.3344 or olemillstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, so we can immediately resolve any issues.

 

 
EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of original purchase for a store credit only.  Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.  You may return the item via the shipping method of your choice (please note your tracking information, as we will NOT be responsible for lost packages). We will put a credit on file for your next purchase. 

 

Clothing must still have tags attached, and be unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup. .  If clothing shows any signs of being worn, we cannot accept them.

Please take caution when opening packages, and do NOT open them with scissors.  If clothing is accidently cut with scissors when opening packages, we cannot accept them back.

All sale/clearance items, jewelry, scarves, leggings, socks/leg warmers, and gift certificates are Final Sale and CANNOT be exchanged.

Offers used on original orders are subject to adjustments on partial exchanges. If you received a discount on a specified subtotal, and your total after exchange(s) no longer meets that specified amount, the discount will be subtracted from your exchange total. For example, when a $10.00 off of $50.00 coupon was applied to original order and $30.00 of merchandise was exchanged, you will receive credits on file  $30.00 - $10.00 (for coupon)=$20.00, since your total no longer comes to $50.00.

3. In the email verify your name, address, purchase date, item being exchanged, and why?
