Return Policy
If you receive a package that is broken or damaged, you must report the problem to UPS using their toll free number (800) 742-5877.

You will need the original box and packaging for UPS inspection. Until we receive the forms from UPS delivery service, we cannot process your replacement or refund.

If a refund is issued you will be refunded in the form of a The Ole Mill Country Store business check.

Due to the natural aspect of our products each product is handmade, so we cannot refund or issue credit due to color variation/texture.

We will review potential returns on a case by case basis, in the instance where a product is not exhibiting normal variances.

We do not allow returns or exchanges if the fragrance wasn’t just right for you.
