About Us

The Ole Mill started way back with Kim's Mom in Sugar Tree Ridge, near Hillsboro. She and Kim's Dad started Carpenters General Store in an Old Barn.

In 1992, the Ole Mill was opened. In the beginning it was a feed store and feed was sold along with handmade wood furniture. This continued until 1998 when John and Kim, Sue's daughter purchased the Ole Mill and was married that same year.

While John and Kim resume ownership of the Ole Mill they have made several changes and hope to make several more. Making your future shopping experience a great one.
