Cold Drinks
Iced Fireside Coffee
Add 4 tsp. Fireside Coffee (any flavor) to 2 oz. hot water and stir until dissolved.
Add 2-3 oz. cold water and stir again.
Pour over ice.
Enjoy!
Fireside Smoothie
- 6 oz. Skim Milk
- 3-4 Tbsp. Fireside Coffee
- 12 oz. of crushed ice
Blend in blender on high until smooth.
Fireside Granita
- 6 oz. water
- 3-4 Tbsp. Fireside Coffee
- 12 oz. cup of ice
Blend in blender on high until smooth.
Butter Rum Fizz
Dissolve 4 tsps. of Butter Rum Fireside Coffee in 1/4 cup of hot water. Cool and place over ice in glass. Add 1 shot of Jamaican Rum (or Rum Coffee Syrup for a non-alcoholic drink). Pour 1/4 cup of half & half cream over this and top with seltzer or soda water. Garnish with a fresh piece of pineapple. Makes a great after dinner drink at a party!
Coffee Soda
- 3 heaping Tbsp. Fireside Coffee
- 4 oz. hot water
- 4-6 ice cubes
- 8 oz. club soda
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
Combine the coffee and hot water in a large soda glass and stir to dissolve. Allow the coffee to cool slightly. Add the ice cubes and club soda and mix well. Pour into a tall glass and add a scoop of ice cream to make a Coffee Soda Float, if desired.
Iced Cafe Au Lait
- 1 cup prepared Fireside Coffee
- 1 cup chilled skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. whipped topping
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine vanilla and milk with coffee. Pour the mixture over ice and top with whipped topping and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Serves 2.
Iced Butter Rum
Prepare Butter Rum Fireside Coffee as your normally would, but make it TWICE AS STRONG. Allow to cool slightly and then pour over a full mug of ice. Top with whipped cream and drizzle some butterscotch ice cream syrup on top of the whipped cream.
You also may want to make an "adult version" by adding a shot of Butter Shot Schnapps!
HOT DRINKS
Coconut Coffee Colada
- 8 ozs. of prepared Coconut Cr�me Fireside Coffee
Stir in 1 Tbsp. liquid pina colada drink mix
Top with a dollop of Whipped Cream
This can be "spiced up" by adding your favorite spiced rum!
Flavored Coffee
For those who prefer a stronger coffee taste, try making your normal cup of coffee and adding a 2-3 teaspoons of your favorite Fireside Coffee Mix! This works just like the flavored creamers � but adds the rich taste of Fireside Coffee!
Elegant Raspberry Dessert Coffee
- Prepared Chocolate Raspberry Fireside Coffee
- White Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream
- Whipped Cream
- Cocoa Powder
Pour coffee into a large mug leaving a good inch and a half. Scoop one spoonful of the ice cream into the mug and swirl whipped cream on the top. Sprinkle a pinch of cocoa powder over the cream. Place your mug on a saucer and serve with biscotti and chocolate dipped spoon on the side!
As with many of the other recipes, this may be adapted with other flavors of Fireside Coffee and ice cream � try your favorite combination!
Nutty Irish Cream
- 8 oz. cup of Hazelnut Mocha (prepared)
- 1 shot of Irish Cream liqueur
Mix the above together then top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Extra "Creamy" Fireside Coffee
Heat 8 oz. of milk (whole, 2%, or skim dependent upon your caloric requirements!) and add your favorite Fireside Coffee to taste � often a combination of flavors provides a great taste treat! Top off with a big spoonful of whipped cream, if desired.

Coffee Cream Cheese
Mix 1 teaspoon of any flavor of Fireside Coffee with 1 tablespoon of plain cream cheese. Spread on a bagel and enjoy with a cup of coffee in the same flavor!!! It's a great way to start your day!!
Coconut Creme Yogurt
Take one container of any Light Vanilla Yogurt and mix in one tsp. of Coconut Creme Fireside Coffee. Stir and enjoy a delicious treat for only 115 calories!
Try substituting other flavors of Fireside Coffee for more flavors of coffee yogurt!
Fireside Oatmeal
Mix 1-2 Tablespoons of your favorite flavor of Fireside Coffee with one serving of plain oatmeal and enjoy!
DESSERTS
Butter Rum Dream Pie
One graham cracker crust
Melt two cups of white chocolate chips together with 1/4 cup Condensed Milk.
Pour chocolate chip mixture into crust.
Chill for 2 hours, until firm.
Sprinkle with 3 Tbsp Fireside Butter Rum Coffee
Pour prepared vanilla pudding over the above ingredients.
Chill and top with whipped cream.
Chai Ice Cream
Mix 1 tbsp. of Fireside Chai with a small bowl of vanilla ice cream. Stir together and you have created a delicious ice cream dessert.
Try topping with whipped cream and fresh raspberries for an extra treat!
Flavored Dessert Topping
You may flavor a small carton of whipped topping with your favorite flavor of Fireside Coffee! Simply add a heaping tablespoon (more if desired) to a carton of whipped topping, thawed. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes or more in the refrigerator. Prior to serving, mix again. Use it to top desserts � the options are endless � Butter Rum is excellent on fruit; Cinnamon Chocolate is great on pumpkin pie or apple pie, try Coconut Creme on chocolate cake! Experiment with your own favorite taste combinations!
Chocolate Raspberry Napoleans
- 8 oz. package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup (or more if desired) Chocolate Raspberry Fireside Coffee
- Fresh or frozen raspberries
- Powdered Sugar, optional
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unfold pastry and cut into 8 rectangles. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes and cool. Allow ice cream to soften slightly and mix with Fireside Coffee. Blend well. Refreeze slightly if needed. To serve, split pastries lengthwise. Spoon ice cream mixture on half of pastry. Top with fresh or frozen raspberries. Place other half of pastry on top. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve immediately.
Coffee Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup prepared Fireside Coffee
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
In a medium, heavy saucepan, scald together the cream and coffee. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar for 8-10 minutes with an electric mixer until mixture is very thick and lemon colored. Gradually beat in the warm coffee mixture. Return to the pan and cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in the vanilla. Cool, cover and chill until very cold. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Spoon over a brownie, plain angel food or pound cake for a luscious dessert.
ICE CREAM DRINKS
All of the following recipes can be made with low-fat OR no-fat ice cream and skim milk in order to keep calories and fat grams down! We've also been told that frozen yogurt is great, too!
Banana Split Delight Smoothie
Put 4 oz. of warm water and 4 heaping tsp. of Chocolate Covered Cherry Fireside Coffee into a blender until mixed. Add 1/2 of a sliced banana and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth.
Berry Berry Mocha Cooler
Mix 4-6 heaping tsps. of Chocolate Raspberry Fireside Coffee Mix with 1/4 cup hot water or hot coffee. Add 1 shot of strawberry beverage syrup and 1/2 shot of blackberry beverage syrup (or blackberry liqueur). Add approximately 1 cup of vanilla ice cream and 1/3 cup of milk. Top with whipped cream and berry sundae topping.
Candy Bar Shake
- 3-4 tsp. Vanilla Nut Fudge Fireside Coffee
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Butterscotch Syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Dissolve Fireside Coffee mix with 2-3 Tbsp. hot water. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high in blender until smooth. Top with whipped cream and a chocolate candy bar piece!
Chocolate Cherry Mocha Shake
Dissolve 4 heaping tsps. of Chocolate Covered Cherry Fireside Coffee in 1/4 cup hot water. In blender, blend in 1 1/2 cups of chocolate ice cream and approximately 1/3 cup milk. For extra fruit flavor you can add several maraschino cherries as well! Top with a dab of whipped cream and delight yourself in "Chocolate Cherry Heaven!"
Peach Melba Mocha Cooler
Dissolve 4-6 heaping tsps. of Chocolate Raspberry Fireside Coffee with 1/4 cup of hot water or hot coffee (for a richer coffee flavor). Add 1 1/2 shots of Peach Beverage Syrup and add approx. 1 cup of vanilla ice cream and 1/3 cup of milk. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with raspberry sundae topping.
